YSolar is a residential energy advisory business based in Cape Town, South Africa, operated by Jiyaad Anthony. For anything to do with this notice or your information, contact jiyaadant@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you fill in:

- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your suburb or area
- Your preferred contact method
- The message you write
We do not use cookies for identification or advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics, which is privacy-friendly and does not collect personal information or set cookies.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry. We use your details to reply via your preferred contact method and to discuss whether our service is a fit for your home.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell or share your information. We do not pass leads to installers, brokers, or any third party. The form submission is handled by Formspree, which delivers the message to our email; their privacy terms apply to that transmission.
How long we keep it
Until our conversation is closed, plus a reasonable period to keep our records consistent. If you ask us to delete your information at any time, we will.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, email jiyaadant@gmail.com.
